Mixed-media assemblage sculpture made from discarded consumer materials, wire, and footwear, forming a twisting, figure-like structure exhibited in a New York City gallery.

This mixed-media assemblage sculpture combines discarded consumer objects, footwear, wire, and found materials into a contorted, figure-like form that balances precariously between collapse and cohesion. The exposed armature and tangled surfaces emphasize instability, improvisation, and material excess, echoing themes of labor, value, and cultural consumption. The work was exhibited in a New York City gallery as part of a curatorial project led by Jayson Musson, operating through his alter ego Hennessy Youngman. Positioned within a context shaped by institutional critique and art-world satire, the sculpture functions both as a physical object and as a commentary on spectacle, authenticity, and the layered politics of contemporary art production.

It was shown at “Itsa Small, Small World” — Family Business Gallery, Chelsea, New York, NY, USA (2012)
