Fiat Lux Community Youth Art Show – Clark University

As a member of the Fiat Lux Community Engagement and Volunteering Honors Society I recently curated an exhibition of artwork from the Greater Worcester Youth Community for our annual group project. I wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on the experience and say that it has been a pleasure to see the talent and creativity in the community. As an artist, being able to see these creations brought together brings me right back to my core interest in art, which is the potential for creativity to reflect upon life, and ultimately provide happiness. Specific to my adolescence, being creative gave me a sense of individuality and consciousness, and I wish the same opportunity for the youth of Worcester.

The exhibition is open to the public in the 2nd floor of the Traina Center for the Arts, Clark University, 92 Downing Street, from February 19th to March 2nd
